Car rental terms and conditions
Each driver must hold a valid driving licence for cars issued at least one year before the first day of the rental period and must be at least 23 years of age.
Have a valid European (for E.U countries) or international ( for countries that don’t belong to E.U ) driving licence.
The renter is obligated to return the vehicle to the exact location and time according to the agreement with the surcharge and the presence of an employee. The abandonment of the vehicle creates responsibilities for the renter in case of any damage.
The company has the right to take the vehicle back at any time if the renter does not make good use of it. In this case, no refund will be given.
Ferrying the rental car is not allowed.
It’s strictly forbidden the vehicle be used:
a) for transportation of heavy items, b) for transportation of more people beyond its licence, c) to hire out anything in addition, to tow or take part in any car race (motor race), d) for transportation of inflammable materials, drugs and to commit illegal crimes.
In case of loss of key, it is replaced by the spare and the renter is obligated to pay for the new one.
The gasoline consumption is payable by the renter
Traffic fines e.g for disregarding traffic signs,excessive speed, parking in prohibited areas etc are to be payed by the renter.
Car pickup and return

Our representative will be waiting for you at the airport at the time of your flight arrival, ready to deliver you the car of your choice and give useful tips about places to visit. You can return your rental car where you first picked up and communicate with us for other options .
IN CASE OF ACCIDENT:
The renter is obligated to inform our rental company in case of an accident at once. He/she has to take care of the collection of documents of proof (documentary evidence) and probative evidence in connection with the incident.
CANCELLATION
A prepaid booking can be cancelled before the start of the rental.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours payment will be refunded.
No refund will be issued in case of failure to pick up your vehicle (no-show).
Late pick up or Early Return
No refunds or credits will be issued for unused rental days once the vehicle is rented.
